I plan to have a series of YouTube videos, showing me exercising and making healthy delicious meals.

My favorite type of exercising is walking. It is the easiest exercise to do and you can do it anywhere. My routine consists of swimming a quarter of a mile every other day, working out in the gym an hour every other day and walking two miles every day.

Before getting healthy, I recall I was taking medication that left me feeling groggy and dragging one day to the next. Today I'm up at 6am l often don’t go to bed until 12am. My health was restore through exercising.

My advice for young people is to start now. Why wait until you’re 60 or 70 years old taking medication‘s and suffering with severe health issues before you start thinking about and taking care of your health.
